Ingredients required-
2 katori maida
1 katori dry curd(means pani nikla hua)
1small spoon yeast
Half spoon sugar
1/4 bowl water
Method
First mix yeast in water and keep it side for 5 minutes.
Now mix yeast into maida ,put half spoon of sugar in it and now knead it with curd.
Please while kneading take care that don't put the curd once.
Now make a tight dough.
Put a wet muslin cloth on the dough for 15 minutes.
Now make small balls and make long chappati of it.
Now put it on the hot tawa.
When it is little Brown from one side then place it on another side
But make it on slim flame.
When its ready garnish it with butter and coriander leaves.
